The ideal candidate will have a robust background in research and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement new research projects, including experimental design and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest developments in the field.
- Design and execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and interpret results.
- Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
- At least 2 years of experience in R&D;, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
