Roles and Responsibility

- Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Stay updated with recent medications and therapies to provide informed guidance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is an asset.
