About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives across the group, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.

Qualification:




MBA / MHRM / PGDBM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.

Experience:
12-15 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Organizational Development.

Required Skills:
• Strategic HR planning & organizational performance
• HR project execution & monitoring
• HR metrics & analytics Attrition, Recruitment TAT, Performance Scores
• Robust stakeholder management
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good proficiency in spoken Hindi
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel dashboards & digital performance management systems
