Role: Sr. Deputy Manager / Manager IT (WMS)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support WMS applications across warehouses and manufacturing locations.
- Configure and maintain WMS modules related to inbound, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch and stock movement.
- Integrate WMS with ERP/SAP, SFA, barcode/RFID and other business applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve WMS-related issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, supply chain and IT teams for process improvement.
- Manage master data, user access, workflows and system configurations.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and reports related to warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities for WMS automation and process improvement.
- Coordinate with external WMS vendors for implementation, support and troubleshooting.




- Ensure data accuracy, system security, backup and compliance.
- Provide user training and prepare SOPs/documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of WMS / Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience in ERP/SAP integration and warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Barcode, RFID, API/Interface and SQL.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and supply-chain operations.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA / equivalent IT qualification.

Experience: 510 years in IT/WMS, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or supply-chain environments.
