Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented skilled with extensive experience in EHV Cable Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. The role involves driving business growth through tender participation, order acquisition, customer relationship management, project execution coordination, and payment collection across the East region.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth through order booking and business development activities.
- Identify, track, and participate in government, utility, and EPC tenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with State Electricity Boards, Utilities, EPC Contractors, Consultants, and key customers.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up for payment collections, statutory documents, and project-related compliances.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Generate market intelligence and provide regular updates on emerging opportunities.
- Develop business opportunities across East and North-East India.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain complete documentation related to projects, customer requirements, bids, and orders.




- Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development of EHV/HV Power Cables and Accessories.
- Strong exposure to utility, government, and EPC business segments.
- Proven track record of order booking and customer relationship management.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local/regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of tendering processes and contract management.
- Strong market intelligence and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Professionals with 90%+ career exposure in Cable, EHV Cable, and Accessories business.
- Strong network within State Electricity Boards, Utilities, and EPC companies.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
