Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) and ability to produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs.
- Skills in interior space planning, material selection, color theory, and furniture layout, with an eye for aesthetics, functionality, and ergonomics.
- Experience preparing detailed drawings, technical documentation, and project presentations, including mood boards, concept boards, and design proposals.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts clearly, and incorporate client and stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Understanding of basic project management, including timelines,



budgeting considerations, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; qualified certifications or portfolio demonstrating completed projects are highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, with robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of current interior design trends, sustainable design practices, and brand-aligned design thinking is an advantage.
