Research Support

- Assist the HOD in equity research by compiling data, building financial models, and preparing peer comparison analyses.
• Track assigned sectors and highlight key developments, financial results, and market news.
• Prepare first drafts of investment notes and research summaries.
• Translate investment objectives into sectoral and thematic research plans, and monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks.

Portfolio Operations

- Monitor daily portfolio P&L; and corporate action calendars.
• Execute approved buy/sell transactions and ensure settlement within stipulated timelines.
• Track sector developments and escalate emerging risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Monitor PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund NAVs and performance, highlighting underperformance where applicable.
• Coordinate with advisors, fund houses, and other investment partners.

Advisor Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate meetings with advisors and AMCs, prepare meeting materials, and circulate minutes.
• Track action items from advisor meetings and ensure timely closure.

Technical Skills & Tools

- Intermediate to advanced financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of investment software and MIS tools.
• Familiarity with BSE/NSE portals, Screener.in,



and financial research platforms.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations governing Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs.

Translate strategy into departmental plans.

Support tracking of business and industry trends to drive sustainable growth.
- Policy & Governance
Implement policies, recommend improvements, and develop SOPs, note sheets, and processes aligned with strategic goals and business needs while ensuring compliance within predefined TATs.
- Team Leadership & Development
Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and resolve queries.
Recommend regular upskilling and reskilling programmes.
- Feedback & Performance Management
Provide timely feedback, guidance, and direction to the team.
- Cost & Budget Management
Prepare and submit budgets while optimizing costs, resources, and processes.
- Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely stakeholder response.
Monitor costs and ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics
Maintain accurate process documentation, trackers, and records.
Prepare, analyze, and present MIS and performance metrics.
