Job Title: Salesforce Data 360 Consultant
Location: Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Kolkata
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 48+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer 360 concepts, and data management.
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and identity resolution.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and calculated insights.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
