Role & responsibilities

To manage and coordinate business growth, administration, marketing, and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of outlets, stronger brand visibility, revenue growth, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Business Development

- Identify current business, outlet, partnership, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Support new outlet/location feasibility and development.
- Build relationships with partners, vendors, and business associates.
- Develop initiatives to increase revenue and business growth.

Administration

- Ensure smooth administrative functioning across outlets.
- Monitor documentation, compliance, licenses, records, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, reporting, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media,



events, offers, and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Track campaign performance and improve customer engagement.

Operations

- Monitor day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets.
- Ensure service, food quality, hygiene, grooming, and customer experience standards.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and department heads.
- Monitor sales, costs, wastage, productivity, and operational performance.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Support smooth execution of new projects and outlet launches.
