We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) from Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering backgrounds. Freshers from the 202526 batch are encouraged to apply. The role includes on-the-job training and project/site exposure.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in project execution and site activities.
- Support senior engineers in planning, coordination and supervision.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare basic reports, documentation and site records.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors and other departments.
- Gain practical exposure through on-the-job training.
Preferred candidate profile :
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2025-26 batch freshers preferred
- Positive technical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work at project/site locations
- Candidates willing to commit to a 3-year service bond preferred
