Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Prepare training modules, manuals, and SOPs.
- Develop training plans and schedules for employees.
- Create SOPs covering processes from onboarding till Full & Final (F&F;).
- Conduct induction and training sessions for staff.
- Coordinate with departments to identify training needs.
- Use AI tools wherever relevant to improve training and process efficiency.
- Maintain training records and documentation.

Required Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development.
- F&B; industry, QSR Industry Training experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Confident public speaker with robust interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, presentation tools, and AI-based work tools.
