About the Role:

We are looking for a State Head to lead collections operations across Maharashtra. This role involves managing loan recovery, driving collections strategy, and overseeing field collection performance across multiple cities.

What You'll Do:

- Manage a team responsible for loan collections, recovery, and delinquency management
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce defaults and improve recoveries
- Oversee field collections activities to ensure timely payment collection
- Analyze data to spot trends and identify areas of improvement in the collections process




- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance

What We're Looking For:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in collections strategy, implementation, or management
- Solid track record in loan collections, recovery, and delinquency management
- Good understanding of agency management related to payment collections
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any Specialization)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
