About The Job:

From a technical standpoint:

- 3+ years of strong experience in Java development
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, MySQL
- Hands-on exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka
- Good understanding of backend development, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise applications

Has basic exposure to AI tools

We are looking for a Java Developer Backend Engineer who thrives in building robust systems, enjoys tackling loosely defined problems, and is excited to work closely with both product and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs. • Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs. • Ship new features regularly weekly or even daily. • Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them. • Drive adoption by building intuitive, well-documented, and developer-friendly features. Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Job Functions:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies. • Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices • Knowledge of databases and REST API development. • A builder mindset proactive, detail-oriented,



and delivery-focused. • Passion for developer experience and user-centric development. • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred / Positive to Have

- Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike. • Exposure to enterprise-grade software systems or financial services platforms. • Experience building internal tools or SDKs that enhance developer productivity
