Sales Telecalling & Business Development Executive
Domestic & International Calling | B2B Sales | Full-Time, In-Office

About the Role
Diamond Trade Centre (DTC) is looking for a confident and result-oriented professional to handle domestic and international telecalling, generate quality business leads, and develop new client relationships in the diamond and jewellery industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to jewellers, manufacturers, wholesalers and diamond traders in India and international markets.
- Generate new business leads and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Introduce the DTC platform, products and services professionally over calls and digital communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, lead generation, client acquisition and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE





- 1-5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, inside sales or B2B sales.
- Graduate in any discipline; Business, Commerce or Marketing background preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident in outbound calling, including domestic and international business calls.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, MS Excel and basic office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working from the Mulund office.
- Experience in diamonds, jewellery or B2B sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
