- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Hire for roles such as Developers, QA/Testing, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, Data/Analytics and so on.
- Source candidates through job portals ( LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.) ,and referrals
- Use Boolean search techniques for targeted sourcing
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
- Maintain candidate database/ATS and track hiring metrics
