- We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Execute test cases, document results, and report defects effectively.
- Perform API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including: Test Plans & Test Strategy Test Cases & Execution Reports Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Release Notes Conduct Database Testing and validate data using SQL queries.
- Track, manage, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in requirement reviews,



sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 2.5-3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of Database Testing and SQL queries.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and QA artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking and management tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications Domain experience in Banking and FinTech.
- Exposure to test management tools and QA best practices.
- Understanding of API workflows and data validation techniques.
