Job Description: Center Manager (Sales & Operations)

**Location:** Gurugram, Delhi. Hairfree & Hairgrow Clinic.

**Reports To:** Sales Head & Clinic Doctor.

### Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing, sales-driven, and operationally sound **Center Manager** to lead our Hair Transplant Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a strong closer who handles patient consultations, provides customized costing, and performs **on-table/spot closing**. You will be responsible for the entire patient journeyfrom converting warm leads via phone to managing walk-ins, coordinating medical teams, and maintaining smooth clinic operations.

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Sales, Consultation & "On-Table" Conversion

* **On-Table Closing:** Conduct face-to-face consultations with patients post-doctor assessment to explain treatment plans, deliver customized costing/pricing options, and close the sale immediately.

* **Lead Conversion:** Call prospective/new leads, understand their requirements, effectively pitch our services, and convince them to visit the clinic for a Consultation (CS).

* **Rigorous Follow-Ups (FUP):** Maintain a strict follow-up pipeline for all non-converted walk-ins and inquiries to bring them back for booking.

* **Lead Generation:** Actively identify opportunities to create new leads through local marketing initiatives, patient referrals, and networking.

#### 2. Center Operations & Hospitality

* **Center Administration:** Take full ownership of the center’s daily operations,



ensuring the clinic maintains premium standards of hygiene, decorum, and premium hospitality.

* **Guest Relations:** Manage walk-in patients warmly, ensure minimal wait times, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

* **Team Coordination:** Smoothly coordinate with Doctors, Surgeons, and Front-Desk Executives regarding daily appointments, OT schedules, and patient queues.

#### 3. CRM & Reporting

* **Data Management:** Accurately update patient interactions, visit details, follow-up statuses, and booking stages in the CRM system daily.

* **Sales Tracking:** Maintain complete records of daily walk-ins, conversion rates, revenue collected, and pending pipelines for management review.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Operations within a Hair Transplant, Cosmetology, Dermatology, or Premium Wellness Clinic.

* **Proven Closing Skills:** Excellent negotiation and high-value sales closing skills (experience with instant/spot closing is a must).

* **Communication:** Fluent in written and spoken English and [Insert Local Language], with strong persuasive skills.

* **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in working with CRM software, MS Excel, and appointment scheduling tools.

* **Personality:** Highly presentable, confident, empathetic, and capable of handling high-stress situations with a smile.
