Finacle L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a Finacle L2 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking support, troubleshooting, and production support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for Finacle 10.x applications, supporting IT teams and end users.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application, product, data, and customization-related issues within SLA.
- Support CRM, CASA (SB/CA), CC, OD, Loan and Advances modules.
- Handle backend and frontend issue resolution, including minor customizations.
- Support EOD/BOD activities, batch processing, financial year-end operations, and related issue management.
- Monitor application logs, services, and interfaces to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate reports and business data using SQL as per requirements.
- Manage NEFT, RTGS, and payment-related issues.
- Analyse ATM and other delivery channel logs to ensure uninterrupted transaction processing.
- Publish daily ticket status updates and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.




- Maintain system stability, documentation, and operational checklists.
- Participate in shift-based support operations.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Finacle 10.x production/application support.
- Robust debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of banking operations, loans, deposits, and CRM modules.
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Understanding of Finacle services, interfaces, EOD/BOD processes, and payment systems.
- Exposure to Trade Finance modules is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
