As a Senior Data Analyst within our Finance team, you will lead high-profile, strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across diverse Finance verticals, your contributions and insights will have a direct impact on operational efficiency and executive decision-making.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with Finance stakeholders across multiple domains to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and BigQuery to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and executive decision-making.
- Provide actionable analytical insights to support business functions and strategic initiatives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging data to identify inefficiencies, automate manual processes, and optimize reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics,



and Product to define business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Who you are:

- BE/B.Tech with 5 - 6 years experience working in data analytics.
- Expert-level SQL skills with hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets, preferably with Oracle or BigQuery, but other relational databases are OK.
- Analytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and drive decision-making.
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming or Python.
- Advanced modeling expertise utilizing Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in consulting, product-based companies, or finance analytics is preferred; finance domain knowledge is a plus
