Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment for Bulk Hiring: Manage the recruitment process for high-volume hiring within customer service and operations teams, ensuring top talent is quickly identified and onboarded.
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and walk-ins to find qualified candidates for operational roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews and schedule walk-in drives for shortlisted candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate workforce planning.
- Recruitment Campaigns and Job Fairs:



Organize and manage recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
- Onboarding and Documentation: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, handling all necessary documentation and compliance tasks.
- Recruitment Databases and Reports: Maintain and update recruitment databases, track candidate progress, and generate detailed recruitment reports for management.

Requirements

Education, experience, and other attributes make an ideal candidate to thrive in this HR Recruiter role at Fusion CX in Navi Mumbai:

- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in a BPO setup or customer-focused organizations, with exposure to high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Education: A graduate degree in any discipline. However, an MBA in HR is an additional advantage.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong understanding of sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Communication Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with candidates.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight hiring deadlines and handling multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
