Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals with a background in Prime Brokerage Operations to join a leading global investment banking operations team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Prime Brokerage Client Service, Trade Support, Post-Trade Operations, or Securities Operations, with robust knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and client servicing within Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle post-trade activities including trade support, trade exceptions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Trading, Relationship Managers, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve client queries.
- Manage trade allocations, trade investigations, and exception management.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Perform break investigation and timely resolution of settlement and operational issues.
- Support end-to-end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes.
- Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and brokers to ensure smooth transaction processing.




- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-7 years of experience in Prime Brokerage Operations is mandatory.
- Experience in Prime Brokerage Client Service, Trade Support, or Post-Trade Operations.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade processing.
- Hands-on experience in trade allocations, trade exception management, trade support, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, OTC Products, or FX Products.
- Experience working with Front Office, Sales & Trading, Relationship Managers, or institutional clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking operations, client service, or Prime Brokerage support.
