An urgent opening for "Sales Force Effectiveness-Executive", based at Vikhroli for a Pharma company.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent in communication, Presentation, Data Analytics & immediate joiner,

PFB JD

Managing field Organogram and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Helpdesk & Query Resolution- solve daily queries of Sales team.

• Maintaining and Validating the Master Doctor List Field Structure Organogram

• Maintain System and Monitoring Field employees day to day activities

• Collaborating with sales team, to ensure timely submission of reporting

• Ongoing support to stakeholders across HO and Field.

• Analysis Reports of Field employees and share Ad-hoc with divisional level.

• Maintain doctor data on daily basis, as per requirement basis of stake holders
