Finacle L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a Finacle L2 Support Engineer with strong experience in Finacle application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 support for Finacle 10.x applications to bank IT teams and end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, product, data, and customisation-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Support CRM, CASA (SB/CA), CC, OD, Loan Advances, and other core banking modules.
- Analyse recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to improve system stability.
- Perform backend log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Support EOD/BOD operations, batch processing, financial year-end activities, and production support.
- Handle NEFT, RTGS, and payment-related transaction issues.
- Generate reports and business data using SQL.
- Monitor Finacle services, interfaces, and delivery channels, including ATM/FI logs.
- Publish daily ticket status reports and EOD/BOD checklists to stakeholders.




- Support minor customisations and enhancement requests.
- Participate in shift-based support operations.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Finacle 10.x application support.
- Strong knowledge of core banking modules, CRM, deposits, loans, and advances.
- Good debugging, root cause analysis, and incident management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Understanding of EOD/BOD processes, Finacle services, and payment systems.
- Experience in analysing application logs and production issues.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Trade Finance modules.
- Exposure to customisation support and banking delivery channels.
