Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager with 12 years of

experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client projects across branding,

graphic design, social media marketing, performance marketing, website design & development,

UI/UX design, content production, and digital campaigns. You will coordinate with

cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality

across all client deliverables.

In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, stakeholders, clients, and internal teams,

translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing timelines, monitoring

project progress, and ensuring every project is delivered on time while exceeding client

expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client projects across branding, digital marketing, website development, and

creative services by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality

delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth

communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand client requirements and prepare detailed project briefs for internal execution.

Develop project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of

all deliverables.

Coordinate website design and development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between

design and development teams.

Track project milestones, approvals, revisions, feedback, and final deliveries.

Collaborate directly with the CEO, stakeholders, and clients to align project execution with





business goals and marketing objectives.Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and provide regular project status updates.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations before

submission.

Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and manage client expectations effectively.

Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), project reports, and maintain accurate project

documentation.

Coordinate with the Sales team during client onboarding to ensure a smooth project handover.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency.

Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, website development, social media

marketing, performance marketing, UI/UX, and content production workflows.

Excellent project planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as

ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication,

or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency is

mandatory.

Prior experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project

Coordination will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.

Experience working in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency is

mandatory.

Strong client communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
