Role: Retail Leasing
Designation: Manager / Dy. Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage leasing leads from generation to closure
- Conduct site visits and coordinate technical evaluations
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms in line with policy
- Draft and issue Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Conduct market research on recent brands in the micro-market
- Build and maintain relationships with existing brands and address concerns, if any
- Drive direct business development with brands
- Develop and strengthen relationships with IPCs and Channel Partners

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 34 years of experience in retail leasing
- Strong network with IPCs and Channel Partners
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
