Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Correspondent to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills, a keen interest in business journalism, and the ability to work with industry leaders, PR agencies, and corporate communications teams to produce high-quality editorial content.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct F2F, email and telephonic interviews with industry professionals and senior executives to gather insights and information for magazine articles, features, and news stories.
- Attend press conferences, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars; gather key information, insights, and quotes, and develop them into well-researched, engaging news stories and articles.
- Contribute story ideas and editorial pitches for upcoming print and digital editions.
- Verify facts and ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial quality across all assigned content.
- Meet editorial deadlines consistently and submit well-researched, publication-ready content to the editor.
- Monitor industry trends, business developments,



new technologies, and company announcements to identify relevant and timely story opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with industry professionals, company representatives, PR agencies, and other editorial sources

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand technical and business topics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS is preferred.
- Willingness to travel (inter-state) for industry events when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent writing skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in journalism, content writing, or B2B media will be preferred.
