1 Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)

2 Google Ads Specialist (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in K-12 Education, EdTech, Skilling, or Online Learning

Hands-on expertise in lead generation and product-led growth

Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, LTV, Funnel Optimization, Attribution, Retargeting, and Marketing Analytics

Experience in scaling self-paced, recorded, and digital learning products





Ability to not just generate leads but drive actual enrollments and revenue

Solid command over campaign optimization, audience segmentation, landing pages, and conversion tracking

Data-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of business outcomes

This role is for professionals who understand that performance marketing is not about generating clicks and leads it is about generating profitable growth.

Location: Noida preferred.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Budget: Upto 6 LPA
