Project Name: "Assessing reach and effectiveness of primary HPV-DNA-based vs visual inspection methods for scalability and sustainability of cervical cancer screening in community-based settings in Delhi: An Implementation research".

Essential Qualification -:

1. First class post-graduate degree including integrated PG degrees with three years experience or PhD.

2. Second class post-graduate degree including integrated PG degrees with PhD and three years experience.

Desirable Qualifications-:

1. Postgraduate degree in community medicine / public health

Experience in carrying out community based qualitative research and

economic evaluation studies. At least 2 publications in peer-reviewed





journals in relevant areas and the journal should be listed in the Science

Citation Index (SCI).

2. Positive knowledge of statistical software including STATA/SPSS and N-

vivo.

Nature of Duties-:

1. Overall management of the research project.

2. Coordination between field site and hospital for referral and follow-up

of patients undergoing screening.

3. Conducting economic evaluation and costing analysis.

4. Supervise the laboratory and project staff in conducting the study.

5.Writing reports and manuscripts.

6. Any other work assigned by the PI.

Upper Age Limit -: 40 Years

Salary-: 67,000 + 30% HRA = 87,100/- Pm

Project Duration-: One year initially, extendable to another year based on performance.
