We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Merchant Ops team, responsible for creating pre-requisitions for brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Ops and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create pre-requisites for brands.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize the merchant operations process to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of the team's efforts.

Job Requirements




- Proven experience in Brand Ops or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
