We are hiring experienced International Travel Consultants for a leading corporate travel process in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sabre GDS and be well-versed in international travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- International flight booking and reservations
- Ticket issuance and reissuance
- Fare calculation and itinerary creation
- Handling exchanges, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolving customer travel-related queries via voice support
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to SLAs

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Travel Process
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Expertise in ticketing, issuance, reissuance, fare calculation, and exchanges




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the Corporate Travel domain preferred
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
