Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international client calls to resolve queries and concerns professionally.
- Process orders, address product/service inquiries, and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly call handling, sales conversion rate, and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Job Requirements :

- Fluency in spoken English (Business English) with strong communication skills is essential.
- Experience in international calling or voice process is preferred.
- A strong understanding of business English vocabulary and grammar rules is required.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM software and its applications is desirable.
