About the Role

We’re looking for a Social-First Video Creator who knows what makes people stop scrolling and can turn trends into engaging, high-retention content.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts & social videos.
- Conceptualise, shoot, edit and publish content.
- Turn trending formats, audio and ideas into platform-native content.
- Collaborate with business teams on campaigns.
- Track performance and improve content based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in video/content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent shooting and visual storytelling skills.




- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention and social trends.
- Fast-paced, creative and trend-driven mindset.

Valuable to Have

- Active creator account/strong portfolio.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Experience with AI content tools, motion graphics or influencers.
