Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Polymer RD Specialist to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will drive the development of advanced polymer compounds, focusing on new formulations, quality improvement, and industry-specific innovations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize polymer formulations for applications in Automotive, Electronics, and Footwear industries.
- Conduct research on current polymer technologies and assess their feasibility for production.
- Perform material testing and quality analysis using state-of-the-art lab equipment.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure the scalability of developed compounds.
- Stay updated with industry trends and compliance standards like ROHS and REACH.

Qualifications




- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in polymer research and development.
- Strong knowledge of polymer formulations and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, 14001) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
