*Educational Qualification*

* Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Technology

* Candidates with strong architectural visualization portfolios will be preferred

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient *3D Artist / Architectural Visualizer* who can translate architectural drawings and concepts into high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop detailed *3D architectural models* from 2D drawings and design concepts

* Create high-quality *interior and exterior renders*

* Develop realistic materials, lighting, textures and environments

* Understand architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections

* Produce presentation-ready *3D views, walkthroughs and design visuals*

* Coordinate with architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts





* Make revisions based on design feedback and project requirements

* Maintain accuracy, detailing and consistency across visualizations

*Required Software Skills*

*Essential:*

* *AutoCAD* – Good working knowledge

* *3ds Max* – Strong modelling skills

* *V-Ray / Corona Renderer* – Strong rendering skills

* *Adobe Photoshop* – Post-production and image enhancement

*Preferred:*

* **SketchUp

* Basic knowledge of *AI-based visualization tools*

*Desired Skills*

* Strong understanding of *architecture, materials, proportions and spatial composition*

* Good eye for *lighting, detailing and realism*

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Strong attention to detail

* Valuable communication and coordination skills

* Ability to understand and implement design feedback quickly
