Role & responsibilities
- Independently collect, consolidate and analyze APAC HR data, and generate standardized analysis reports to support regional HR operation and decision-making
- Optimize daily workflows including data sorting and report generation via AI Agent tools to d provide effective solutions
- Optimize daily workflows including data sorting and report generation via AI Agent tools to improve overall team efficiency
- Support APAC HR Head in regional HR projects and ad-hoc operational tasks
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable at data analytics, and familiar with applications of AI tool.
