Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Develop secure, high-performance, and fault-tolerant services.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement best coding practices and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and Agile delivery practices.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with MongoDB




- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong understanding of System Design concepts
- Experience with Git and version control systems

Development Practices

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native applications
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in product-based companies or startups
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of API testing and automation testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Understanding of software quality and testing practices
