Key Responsibilities

Proposal Management

* Review tender documents, RFQs, and client specifications for WTP, STP, ETP, RO, and UF projects.

* Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, bid documents, and compliance statements.

* Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.

Technical Coordination

* Develop process descriptions and coordinate P&IDs; and GA drawings with the design team.

* Assist in selecting suitable equipment such as pumps, membranes, filters, clarifiers, and dosing systems.

* Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications and quotations.

Costing & Estimation

* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets in coordination with procurement and sales teams.

* Evaluate vendor offers and optimize project costing for competitive bidding.

Client & Internal Coordination

* Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and technical discussions with clients.

* Work closely with sales and engineering teams to finalize proposals.

* Support the sales team during negotiations and order finalization.





Required Skills

* 4-5 years of experience in proposal engineering in water/wastewater treatment.

* Knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF systems and basic process understanding.

* Experience in tender analysis, techno-commercial proposal preparation, and costing.

* Strong coordination skills with vendors, design, and sales teams.

* Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.

Valuable to Have

* Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects (STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF).

* Basic understanding of P&IDs;, GA drawings, and process flow diagrams.

* Familiarity with tender portals and bid submission processes.

* Experience in vendor coordination and technical evaluation of equipment.

* Knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and proposal documentation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and proposal documentation tools.

* Strong communication and client coordination skills.
