- Lead the merchant onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring seamless integration with our payment solutions.
- Manage a team of onboarding specialists to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, acquirers, and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in merchant acquiring or related field (e.g. POS machines).
- Solid understanding of QR code technology and its applications in payments.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume transactions or large-scale projects.
