Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage affiliate partners and aggregators.
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Monitor lead flow, approvals, and disbursals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner operations.
- Track partner performance and optimize campaigns.
- Negotiate commercials and manage partner agreements.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Drive revenue growth through affiliate channels.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong partner management and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, aggregators, and digital acquisition channels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Solid negotiation and commercial management skills.
