- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for building management systems (BMS) products.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using IBM's BMS technology.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-17 years of experience in sales or related field, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of building management systems (BMS) and their applications.
- Excellent selling skills with ability to meet targets and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using IBM's software tools such as IBMS.
