Job Summary

We are seeking a agile, scientifically driven and communication-oriented MBBS/MD (Pharmacology preferred) professional to join our Medical Affairs function supporting the Domestic Operations Division.

The incumbent will provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders, contribute to medical education and KOL engagement initiatives, support evidence-generation activities, and ensure scientific accuracy and excellence across assigned therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide scientific and medical support to Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop, review and scientifically validate promotional, educational and medical communication materials to ensure medical accuracy, scientific rigor and compliance.
- Conduct literature reviews, scientific evaluations and evidence assessments across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Develop scientific content including presentations, FAQs, training modules, product-related scientific documents and medical communication materials.
- Support KOL engagement, advisory boards, CMEs, scientific meetings and other medical education initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, surveys, investigator-initiated studies and other evidence-generation activities.
- Deliver medical and scientific training to field-force teams, sales personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to medical information requests from Healthcare Professionals and provide scientifically accurate and balanced responses.
- Monitor emerging scientific literature, treatment guidelines, clinical developments and competitor activities relevant to assigned therapeutic areas.




- Support the development of medical strategies and scientific inputs for new products, brands and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Sales and other functions on medical and scientific requirements.
- Ensure that all medical communications and scientific activities are aligned with applicable company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease areas, treatment guidelines, clinical evidence and relevant developments in medical science.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS with MD Pharmacology preferred.
- Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing or related pharmaceutical functions may apply.
- Candidates with strong academic/research exposure in pharmacology, clinical research or evidence-based medicine will be preferred.
- Strong scientific writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate medical literature and translate scientific data into meaningful clinical insights.
- Good understanding of clinical research principles and evidence-based medicine.
- Proficiency in preparing scientific presentations and medical communication materials.
- Willingness to travel for KOL interactions, scientific meetings, CMEs and field engagements.
