Telemarketer / Cold Caller (Work From Home - PAN India) Female only.

- At RCPC, We are seeking a Telemarketer/Cold Caller for our recruitment agency to generate leads and sales in non IT Market.
- The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our services, reaching sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team.
- Week 5 days (Mon-Fri).
- Full Time 10am-6pm
- Experience-Mini 06th Month experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Cold-call prospective clients and introduce our Recruitments services & convert them in Leads.
- Identify potential clients and set up Virtual OR F2F appointments.
- Follow up with leads through phone and email, WhatsApp.
- Reach and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated.




- Collaborate with the Seniors to develop strategies for lead generation
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Required Skills

- Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Have own laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
