Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned business targets on sales and case count.
- Acquire recent customers through leads, references, natural market, and orphan customer base.
- Conduct customer meetings, need analysis, and product presentations.
- Implement need-based selling practices.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and resolve pending cases.
- Provide prompt post-sales service to customers.
- Maintain customer engagement and portfolio servicing.




- Ensure compliance with organizational sales processes and reporting requirements.
- Update Lead Management System (LMS) regularly and participate in training initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of sales experience; experience in insurance or financial services will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of English and local language communication.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interactions.
