Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Logistics Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a data-driven E-Commerce Operations & Logistics Specialist to manage order processing, international shipping, and marketplace data across multiple Amazon accounts. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on logistics experience with Advanced Excel skills to maintain master databases, reconcile order records, and streamline daily dispatch workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Data & Advanced Excel Management: Maintain and audit the companys Master Data Files across all accounts. Perform daily uploads to servers/BW systems, and use advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, and Data Cleaning techniques) to reconcile new data sheets.
- Order & Inventory Processing: Monitor Amazon accounts, filter out buyer cancellations, manage daily online MRP listings, and handle basic Arabic-to-English translation for Saudi Arabian order routing.
- International Logistics & Labeling:



Select courier services and generate accurate international shipping labels across multiple carrier panels (Aramex, India Post, DTDC) for regions including Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Recent Zealand.
- Tracking & NDR Resolution: Schedule daily carrier pickups, update tracking logs, handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) daily to minimize delivery failures, and maintain clean logs of refunds/cancellations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly invoice and label reports to the finance department.
- Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon preferred) or backend logistics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (must be highly comfortable manipulating large datasets and managing data sheets).
- Familiarity with courier portals (Aramex panel, India Post, DTDC).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict daily dispatch deadlines.
