Job Purpose

We are hiring an HR Head - End to End HR including Payroll & Compliance for a reputed restaurant chain in Delhi. The role will manage payroll, statutory compliance, and core HR operations in a fast-paced QSR/restaurant environment. Working smart lady candidate from QSR or restaurant chains only

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing.

- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour law requirements.

- Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.

- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

- Coordinate with internal teams for joiners, exits, and full-and-final settlements.

- Work closely with operations and outlet teams to ensure process accuracy .

Desired Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

- Experience only from *QSR or restaurant chains*.

- Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and labour law basics.

- Positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Confident, polished, and detail-oriented personality .

Working schedule: -6 days a week.
