- Distributor & Dealer Management
- Appointing and managing distributors
- Maintaining strong distributor relationships
- Monitoring distributor stock
- Improving distributor productivity
- Retail & Market Expansion
- Developing new outlets
- Increasing numeric and weighted distribution
- Improving product availability and visibility
- Managing general trade, up-to-date trade, and wholesale channels
- Confectionery Market Knowledge
- Understanding chocolates, candies, toffees, biscuits, cakes and waffers.
- Knowledge of consumer and seasonal demand
- Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensuring proper product placement
- Improving shelf visibility and counter displays
- Managing expiry and stock rotation
