We are looking for a high-energy Non-IT Recruiter (BFSI - Field Sales). You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both fresher and experienced talent for on-the-ground sales roles. These roles include positions like Casa Officers, Loan Executives, Insurance Advisors, and Relationship Managers. Your main goal is to drive high-volume hiring and keep our field sales teams fully staffed.

- Mass Sourcing: Run daily sourcing drives using job boards, social media, and local networks to find field sales talent.
- Hire Freshers: Organize campus placement drives and walk-in interviews to hire motivated graduates for entry-level sales.
- Hire Experienced Professionals: Headhunt experienced sales agents from competitor banks, NBFCs,



and insurance firms.
- Evaluate Field Fitness: Screen candidates for high energy, strong communication, local language skills, and a willingness to travel daily.
- Manage Bulk Hiring: Handle large volumes of resumes and conduct quick, effective interview rounds to meet monthly targets.
- Manage Onboarding: Follow up closely with selected candidates to ensure high joining rates and low drop-outs.
- Local Market Mapping: Identify talent pockets and competitor hiring hubs in targeted geographical locations
