Hiring: Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team!

Company: Leading Australian MNC

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: 6-8 years (including 35 years in Manufacturing and/or Shared Services)

Qualification: CA / ICWA

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shared Services finance operations (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets)

Lead month-end/year-end closing, reporting & reconciliations

Plant finance, cost accounting, standard costing & BOM management

Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

Drive process improvements and automation

Support audits and financial governance

Skills Required:

- Manufacturing Finance & Cost Accounting
- Indian Accounting Standards & Taxation
- ERP (MS Dynamics or similar)
- Advanced Excel & Power BI
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills

Work Location: Jhajjar (Haryana)

Office/Plant-based role (travel between manufacturing sites may be required)
