Job Requirements :
- 9-13 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.
- Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. OSHA).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful labor compliance programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
