.Manage sampling process from concept to production

* Coordinate with buyers on product specifications & timelines
.Follow ups/meetings with customer to understand Market Trends/ Sales Tendencies, Recent requirements and fulfilments to increase sales
.Keep track of time action plan to know whether orders are on schedule.
.Preparation and maintaining Product details, Merchandise files, Order sheets, Follow ups, & Maintaining proper filing
.Functioning as an interface b/w buyer & production unit
.Handling buyer, buying houses, costing, TNA, Sampling
.Coordination with Production team to place and monitor progress of the customer's orders
.Co-ordinating with factory for timely shipments
.Checking all export documentation & Monitoring all orders from confirmation till dispatch
.Coordination with the Shipping team to ensure timely dispatch and deliveries
.Reviewing inspection report on a weekly basis and take corrective actions.
